Group Pricing is committed to ensuring that your no cost Group Discount Benefit Program (GDBP) will be a high value benefit that is thoroughly appreciated by your group members. While your work involved in administering the program will be minimal, in order to guaranty your GDBP satisfies your specific needs a Human Resource professional in your organization should be assigned to do the following:
» Act as the main contact (Contact Person) for your organization
» Promote your Group Discount Benefit Program internally, and
» Provide feedback
By expending only a couple of hours each quarter to your Program, the Contact Person can help ensure that the Plan will meet and hopefully exceed your organization's expectations.
Act As The Main Contact
A Human Resource person should be assigned as the Contact Person between our two organizations to facilitate the exchange of information. We will work with that person on an ongoing basis to ensure that the Plan is responding to your specific needs and the requests of your group members.
Promote The Group Discount Benefit Program Internally
During the launch of your GDBP, and subsequent activities, the Contact Person will assist in promoting your Program internally. Group Pricing can either itself, or with your assistance, write a short article about the Program to be placed in any newsletter that you may have. Also, we can provide you with posters and other materials. We can also coordinate on-site visits to educate the group membership about the Program. Another method may include E-mail messages sent to the members by the Contact Person. The methods used are entirely up to you. We will work with you on the course of action you propose.
Feedback will enable your GDBP to evolve in order to meet the changing needs of your membership. We can work with you, to the extent you request, to see that your Program is "member driven". Your Contact Person can assist in this effort by distributing surveys and using other information-gathering techniques.
